To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, medical data ( prescription eye-test) and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order such as reglazing) if you contact us directly on hello@joshfano.co.uk.

  • Lens suppliers: We share information with trusted lenses suppliers as necessary to provide you with our services to fulfil prescription orders.
